This Regulation defines the necessary procedure and other issues aimed to regulate the following: import and transit, manner and procedure of conducting inspection and survey over the import and transit of animal by-products; form and content of the animal health certificate or other documents accompanying the consignment of animal origin by-products; and list of foreign countries from which the import and transit are approved on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
