This Regulation prescribes all necessary rules and requirements aimed to define the procedure of public participation (adoption of the water management strategy, adoption of concrete water management plans, access to information on the state of water and the work of competent organs and bodies, information on incidents related to water) in water management on the territory of the Republic of Srpska (part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
