A Regulation to prescribe necessary procedures and conditions in order to obtain the label of ecological product. The sign shall be of circular form and shall have written in Croatian, as well as English, that it is an Organic Product of Croatia and Eco Croatia as a country of origin. The procedures for obtaining a permit for organic product labeling shall be entrusted to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. The eco label shall be issued for the period of one year.
