This Regulation hereby establishes Program of phytosanitary measures that defines concrete measures regarding the: exercise of public interest for plant health; safety of food of plant origin; GMO; seed and seedlings, plant protection and plant nutrition; performance of laboratory tests; plan and rules for the use of resources and conditions for the implementation of measures here stipulated.
