The purpose of this Regulation is to protect Terrestial Snails (Gastropoda Terrestria), as well as to prohibit the collecting of endangered species listed therein, except for scientific purposes. The State Center for the Protection of Nature and Environment shall keep the register on collectors and breeders snails.
