This Regulation defines procedures and principles for providing aid to farmers affected by serious losses due to fire, earthquake, landslide, storm, flood, freezing, hail, drought, diseases and other disasters. Aid can be in form of (a) granting loans, (b) non-refundable in kind or in cash assistance, (c) technical assistance, and (d) contribution to the costs of new or repaired facilities.
