This Regulation makes provision for the storage of materials public warehouses. A register shall be kept by the warehouse depositary. The register shall contain information regarding the contracts for keeping materials at the warehouse. In the warehouse register shall also be recorded information concerning the contracts for grain storage under Article 17, paragraph 2, subparagraphs 2 and 3 of the Grain Storage and Trade Act.
