This Regulation sets forth procedures and principles of purchase of equipment and materials in case of emergency in order to prepare and implement emergency response plan, as well as pollution prevention and control plan, within the scope of the Law No. 5312 Pertaining to Principles of Emergency Response and Compensation for Damages in Pollution of Marine Environment by Oil and Other Harmful Substances.
