Regulation on recycling and prevention of wastes from installations and devices.

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of five paragraphs and three Annexes, establishes: types of wastes and recycling conditions according to the processes specified in Annex 5 to the Wastes Act; types of wastes and prevention conditions according to the process specified in Annex 6 to the Wastes Act.
