The purpose of this Regulation, which consists of 11 articles, is to manage water resources and reduce water consumption patterns. The Regulation designs water consumption patterns for domestic, agricultural and industrial sectors. In emergency situation, the Ministry of Energy shall reduce the designated patterns. In case of water shortage, the Water and Wastewater Company may ration water for particular period of time.
