This Regulation provides all necessary rules and concrete classification and definition of the chemicals have to be registered into the State Register of Chemicals; that are not entered in the State Register of Chemicals; further defining the minimum quantity of certain chemical properties that can be tolerated (chemical not entered in the Register), the contents of the concrete data collection files on the chemical, as well as various other issues regarding the entry into the Register.
