This Regulation defines the rules and requirements for: the establishment and maintenance of the national register of plants (facilities) and polluters/pollutants, also part of international agreements on data exchange, including those arising from the Kiev Protocol and the Aarhus Convention on Access to Information; public participation standards; decision-making and access to justice in the field of environmental issues.
