This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down some amendments and addenda to the Regulation on sizes and protection periods of marine organisms and detailed conditions of marine fishery. In particular, the present Regulation establishes that fishing in tuke is allowed with the use of two vessels which differ in the total length of not more than 5m (supplemented art. 18a) and amends conditions of fishing of herring during one fishing trip (art. 20a).
