This Regulation sets forth the rules and procedures concerning the management of the reimbursement fund. The Regulation covers provisions on duties and power, audit and control, revenues and expenditure of the fund. The Regulation further covers rules and procedures for reimbursaments and compensation of losses of the depositors.
