The Regulation, which consists of 8 articles, provides for conditions to replace old agricultural equipment. In particular, in order to improve the quality and quantity of machine operations in agriculture, to reduce the energy consumption and to preserve the environment, owners of agricultural machines which are more than 13 years old, shall replace these machines with new ones.
