This Regulation sets out the requirements concerning the activities for putting into market of luminescent lamps containing mercury, hereinafter referred to as “the lamps” and treatment and transportation of spent lamps. The Regulation is divided into 2 chapters, Additional Provisions, Transitional and Concluding Provisions and 2 annexes. Chapter 1 enlists the general requirements.
