This Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour establishes, in accordance with the relevant European Community legislation, restrictions, prohibitions and conditions applicable to: (a) production, marketing and use of dangerous substances or dangerous preparations; (b) marketing and use of products containing dangerous substances or preparations. Substances and preparations used for research purposes, development activities or chemical analysis are excluded from the scope of the Regulation. The Annex specifies the list of carcinogenic substances and substances harmful to reproduction which may not be placed on the market.
