This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of four articles, specifies: roads, railroads and airports exploitation of which may cause negative acoustic impact on significant areas, for which it is obligatory to prepare acoustic maps; conditions of rating roads, railroads and airports among objects exploitation of which may have negative impact on the environment; ways of determining borders of areas for which acoustic maps have to be prepared.
