This Regulation sets forth the rules and procedures on sales of prescribed pesticides and writing pesticides prescriptions. It covers provisions on the authorised persons to write prescriptions, their responsibilities, inspection of their duties and cancellation of their authorization. The Regulation further defines pesticides which needs to be sold with prescription, features of the prescriptions and the validity period of prescriptions.
