This Regulation of the Minister of Environment lays down the sample list of products, including components of packaging and auxiliary elements, that are considered or not considered to be packaging, pursuant to art. 3 par. 3 of the Act on packaging management and packaging waste. This sample list is specified in the Annex to the Regulation.
