The purpose of this Regulation, which consists of 10 articles, is to establish a Committee to monitor and supervise the use of toxins and chemicals. The Committee is composed of the head of the Veterinary Organization, head of the Plant Protection Organization, representatives of the Department of Environment, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Industry as well as Plan and Budget Organization.
