This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three paragraphs and three Annexes, establishes: scope of tests, information and data concerning plant protection product (Annex 1); scope of tests, information and data concerning active substances (Annex 2); detailed principles for evaluating tests, information and data concerning plant protection products and active substances (Annex 3).
