This Regulation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three articles, specifies the information to be contained in the Protocol of the Environmental Protection Inspectorate as regards the controls to be carried out on fruits and vegetables not intended for sale, in order to ensure compliance with environmental protection provisions at the time of biodegradation or composting of such products.
