The Regulation provides for the Location Licence issued to Companies assessing their right of using land as part of their activities. Exemption are provided for Companies whose land is part of the shareholders’ assets, or it is located in an industrial zone, or is part of an expansion of the Company business operations or in case the extension of land intended for agribusiness doesn’t exceed 25 Ha or less than 10.000 m2 in case of non agribusiness.
