This Regulation determines the organization, effective operational and legal powers of the Advisory and Expert Council on medicinal plants, held and controlled by the Bulgarian national Ministry of environment and waters, that is officially in charge of several task as regards the education, research, protection, use, cultivation and control of medicinal crops/grasses, herbs and plants.
