This Regulation in order to prevent the spread of the harmful bacteria/pest Ralstonia/Pseudomonas/Solanacearum/Smith/Yabuuchi et al. (on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia and regarding the importation of potato seeds and potatoes intended for food and industrial processing) and in relation to the potatoes as food (vegetable, plant health) stipulated the rules here published.
