This Regulation prescribes the requirements for various issues and actions and technical rules, standards and additional practices aimed to define the undisturbed and safe transportation with pipelines and product pipelines, including facilities that are integral parts of oil and product pipeline; choice of materials, equipment and devices, operating parameters and products that are transported in such manner.
