The present Regulation implements the Cantonal Environment Law of 11 March 2007. The purpose of the Regulation is to ensure that efficient measures shall be implemented in case of excessive air pollution. The text – consisting of 11 articles – deals with the following aspects: sphere of application, coordination, information level and intervention level, measures of information level, prohibition of intervention level, limitation of traffic, inspection, penalties.
