This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 14 paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes: (1) conditions of the paid use of geological information; (2) form of application for the use of geological information (specified in Annex 1); (3) methods of evaluating value of geological information; (4) detailed requirements for pricing geological information.
