This Regulation determines the rules, conditions and manner as regards the right to obtain incentives for the improvement of professional knowledge and continuous improvement of human capacities in agricultural sector (including incentives for special programs for the improvement of professional knowledge of agricultural producers; and incentives for hiring the agricultural advisors).
