This Regulation prescribes all necessary rules, manner and conditions aimed to define and regulate the correct right of access and use of state incentives for the production of planting materials, its direct certification on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, and duties regarding the cloning (clonal) selection of varieties of fruit trees, vines and hops.
