This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 31 articles and three Annexes, lays down specific requirements for the location, construction and operation of individual types of waste landfills, and the scope, duration, frequency and conditions of monitoring of waste landfills. The present Regulation provides also such aspects of waste landfills like: hydrological and geological conditions, requirements for biodegradable waste, requirements for hazardous waste, water draina
