These Regulations, consisting of 17 Sections, are enacted in accordance with the Fisheries Act. It is not allowed to engage in the fishing of southern blufine without obtaining the approval. The The catch quota for catching southern blufine in the three oceans is 1,400 metric tons. The Regulations further provide for the registration conditions, measures for the reporting and monitoring, and offences and penalties.
