These Regulations amend the Regulations relating to Genetically Modified Organisms by inserting a new Table for Table 2 of the principal Regulations. Table 2 specifies fees for: applications in relation with importation of GMO’s, contained use of GMO’s, trail release and general release of GMO's; appeal; extension permit; GMO status certificates; registration of facilities; and commodity use permit.
