These Regulations amend the Regulations relating to establishments, varieties, plants and propagating material: (a) in regulation 31 with respect to standards for rooted green-grafted plants in a container; (b) by the insertion in regulation 35 of ",(3)" in paragraph (c) of sub-regulation (1); and (c) by substitution of Table 4 of the principal Regulations. Table 4 contains provisions and standards relating to seed and samples.
