Regulations amending Regulations relating to sterilizing plants (R. No. 1108 of 2006).

These Regulations amend the Regulations relating to Sterilizing Plants with respect to ports of entry (Annexure 1 of the principal Regulations). The Regulations provide for a new list of ports of entry for purposes of regulation 12 of the principal Regulations. That regulation prescribes ports of entry for animal by-products intended for sterilization.
