The purpose of these Regulations is to protect, manage and reasonably utilize the forest resources, and improve the ecological environment. The Regulations consist of 51 Articles divided into 7 Chapters: General provisions (I); Administration of Ownership (II); Forest Fire Prevention (III); Forest Diseases and Pests Prevention and Control (IV); Forest Harvesting (V); Legal liabilities (VI); Supplementary provisions(VII).
