These Regulations require registration and licensing of establishments that process milk and milk products, specify infrastructure and hygienic requirements for such facilities and its staff, require the Minister to introduce an accreditation system for dairy farms, specify standards for the composition, treatment, transport and packing of milk, require processing plants to carry out internal control and provides for the appointment of milk inspectors.
