Regulations Governing Application for an Operating Permit by an Enterprise that Obtains and Provides Hot Spring Water (2007).

These Regulations, consisting of 13 articles, are enacted in accordance with the Hot Spring Act. In order to obtains and provides hot spring water, an enterprise having obtained hot spring water rights and completed hot spring development, shall apply for an operating permit. The Regulations stipulate the conditions, procedures and rules to be satisfied for the operating permits.
