These Regulations aim to protect the ecological environment of Beihai Silver Beach, and regulate the development, utilization and management of resources. The Regulations consist of 39 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Protection planning (II); Terrestrial ecological protection (III); Marine ecological protection (IV); Legal liabilities (V); Supplementary Provisions (VI).
