The objectives of these Regulations are to strengthen the management of the Da Qing Shan National Nature Reserve, protect the biology diversification and maintain the regional ecological safety. The Text consists of 5 Chapters: General provisions (I); Planning and protection of resources and the environment (II); Utilization and management of resources (III); Legal liabilities (IV); Supplementary provisions (V).
