This Order, made under the Tourist Proclamation concerns application for and issuance of a permit for the use of tourist pleasure boat for commercial purposes. Permits shall be issued by the Ministry Tourism after documentary procedures by the Ministry of Fisheries and Ministry of Transportation and Communications.
