These Regulations amend the Regulations made under the Agricultural Pests Act in Table 1 which lists fees payable for services including: inspection of a quarantine area; and examination of bacteriological characteristics and test or analysis of a sample taken in course an examination; and appeal with the Minister against a decision of an executive officer in terms of section 11 of the Act.
