These Regulations aim to strengthen the administration of local grain reserves, securing the true quantity, good quality and safe storage of grain reserves, protect the rights and interests of peasants, maintain market stability. The Regulations consist of 54 articles. The Regulations stipulate on the conditions to be met by the enterprises acting as agents in reserving grain reserves.
