The purpose of these Regulations is to strengthen wetland protection, maintain ecological functions and biological diversity of wetlands, promote sustainable utilization of wetland resources, and promote ecological civilization construction. The Text is divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Wetland Planning and Wetland Directory (II); Protection Wetlands (III); Supervision and Inspection (IV); Legal Responsibility (V); Supplementary Provisions (VI). The Department of forestry shall be
