In implementing provisions of the Fertilizer, Farm Feeds, Agricultural Remedies and Stock Remedies Act, 1947, these Regulations prescribe a variety of standards and requirements for organic and inorganic fertilizers in order to get them accepted for registration. The Regulations prescribe rules relative to the manufacture and handling of fertilizers. Registration shall take place with the Registrar appointed under the Act.
