These Regulations, made under section 23 of the Fertilizers, Farm Feeds and Agricultural Remedies Act, concern the registration to be made in terms of section 3(1) read with section 8 of the Act (registration of a fertiliser, a farm feed, an agricultural remedy or a sterilising plant. The Regulation prescribe application forms and fees. They also provide with respect to the duration of registration, renewal of registration, condition for certain registration and renewal of certain registrations
