These Regulations of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries prohibit the sale in South Africa of jam, jelly and marmalade (as defined in classes by these Regulations), whether imported or produced in South Africa, that does not meet quality standards as prescribed by these Regulations.
