These Regulations place restrictions on the sale of sunflower seeds produced in or imported into South Africa and placed on the domestic market. The Regulations also define quality grades of sunflower seeds and prescribe quality standards for each grade, prescribe rules relative to packing and labelling of sunflower seeds and make provision for sampling, testing and inspection of sunflower seeds.
