The purpose of this Regulation, which consists of 15 articles, is to codify provisions regarding maintenance and rehabilitation of river beds, riparian zones, watercourses, marshland, natural ponds and water supply networks. The Domestic Water Agencies are responsible to determine the limits of the river bed and natural watercourse.
